Bike Friday triple bikes can be reassembled as either a tandem or a triple bike.

Here is the re-assembly process and the results of it.

Assemble the front section, put wheel on, handlebars on, check cable placement.

Add rear section of bike, connect cables.
(If trailer towing stem is removed from rear of bike, seat will go lower.)
